Through their brand Layers, British designers Will Alexander and Tom Robinson helped to propel premium mockups to the forefront of the design industry. Before they took to the streets of London and New York around 2017, mockups were merely a low-quality freebie that most designers could whip up in a few minutes. Layers changed that, paving the way for the dozens of mockup brands we have to choose from today, each with something fresh and original to offer.
