Adjust by Deuce Studio
Adjust is a disability employment consultancy, who specialise in disabilities such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD and autism. Adjust help organisations to improve their disability programmes through reasonable adjustments, training and consulting.
A recent topic of interest in the world of business and HR is the topic of ‘Neurodiversity’ — a concept where neurological differences are to be recognised and respected as any other human variation. In the workplace, neurodiversity means creating equal opportunities for employees of different mental abilities. Adjust are pushing this movement.
Adjust's brand focuses on clarity and accessibility. When creating the identity, aspects such as legibity of type and colour combinations were taken into consideration, with research into how people with certain disabilities view information.
The logo consists of a simple word mark within two lines, acting as adjustable parameters. These lines translate to a broader graphic language by moving and rescaling to any content. The brand strap line, Disability Understood, encapsulates the vision of Adjust, to raise awareness and change perspectives of hidden disabilities and the benefits they have.
