Art Directors Club by Patrick Slack

Identity design for the Art Directors Club in New York. The club has historically been an award system for creatives in the fields of design, advertising, film, and motion, as well as a host for a myriad of events that bring together creatives from around the world. Focused on creating a dynamic system, the mark plays with the idea of a platform, and allows itself to shift and shape itself to the ever-changing agenda of the club. Using a ready-made approach, the identity affords itself to change on the fly by adding content within its horizontal framework.
