Brut. Med. by SCCO Studio

Brut. Med. (Brutalist Meditations) is a print publication designed by SCCO Studio, showcasing the work of Australian sculptor Alana Wilson. Her work interrogates representations of physicality, materiality and the duality of function and aesthetics.

The images of Alana’s work, by Saskia Wilson, draw parallels of natural decay and highlight the material deteriorations. The abstracted natural environment and sunlight create a feeling of not being on this earth.
