The 2019 edition of Nordic art fair CHART comes with a vibrant identity courtesy of Alexis Mark

CHART’s annual visitor count of 25,000 makes it the leading contemporary art and design fair in the Nordics. By uniting tradition and innovation, the 3-day event blurs the lines between a fair and exhibition, creating a new framework for experiencing art.

Local studio Alexis Mark created the identity for CHART’s 2019 edition, following the theme of Materiality. The solution is a vibrant universe that reflects the blend of art and design on show at the fair. The splashes of blurred colour are a reference to the ideas of memory and expectation found within the theme.
