Transmission Roundhouse by Only

Manchester-based agency Only created the identity for Transmission Roundhouse, an online radio station for young creatives founded by live performance venue Roundhouse. With over 50 presenters and producers aged between 18 and 25, the station’s experimental output gives young people a platform to create, explore and influence.

The ‘T’ monogram is bold, simple and direct, just like the station’s content, and was inspired by the movement of dynamic equaliser bars. Embracing individual identity is key to Transmission Roundhouse, and is visualised through the expressive typographic visual language that builds on the aesthetic of the monogram.
