Poppy ThaxterCommitted to nurturing and inspiring the next gen of creative talent, Oslo-based design studio Bielke&Yang have launched Ways Into Practice (WIP), a podcast as part of their internship programme. Recognising the challenges faced by new designers and developing students, WIP was created as a resource to share invaluable insights about flourishing in the graphic design industry.
The first season of Ways Into Practice was produced by Linn Hagen and Kristoffer Fylling, interns at Bielke&Yang, where they led in-depth interviews with established Oslo-based creatives – from studio founders and designers, to freelancers.
Covering a vast array of topics, disciplines and sectors, stories and experiences, the discussions shed light on just how many opportunities and options there are out there – nobody’s journey is the same! These candid conversations, they hope, will provide emerging creatives with the tools and tips to navigate their early careers with more confidence and curiosity.
The podcast is available on popular podcast platforms such as Apple Podcasts and Spotify. And to stay up-to-date with the latest episodes and receive notifications about new releases, visit waysintopractice.no and follow @waysintopractice and @bielkeyang.
