Dinamo’s Font Customizer is a win-win for creatives, clients and the typeface purchasing process

Taking their ongoing revolution of the typeface purchasing process to the next level, Swiss foundry Dinamo have introduced the Dinamo Font Customizer, a new level of integration built into purchasing Dinamo typefaces that allows one to effortlessly tailor their choices. Dinamo’s customised alterations include features such as bespoke naming and the choice of alternative characters as standard, features that are also re-customisable if you later change your mind – including typefaces purchased prior to the Font Customizer’s launch.  

Setting a new standard for the accessibility of tailormade typographic alterations, the customisation programme saves the faff and time taken to email and request a change, as well as the price itself; while also marking a new wave of integration and solidarity between brands and their typefaces. Whereas previously an identity may have been butchered internally with incorrect type choices and mistaken fonts, clients (and the design studios that branded them) can now feel at ease, ensured of their correct and appropriate usage.
