Euréka is a restaurant specialising in sous-vide cooking, a method in which food is placed in a plastic pouch or glass jar and cooked in water.
Greek, London-based designer Miltos Bottis designed Euréka’s visual identity in reference to water and transparency – the two elements that are crucial to their cooking technique and way of thinking.
