WENTZ is a furniture, lighting and home accessories company by Brazillian product designer Guilherme Wentz. His design aesthetic combines the tropical essence of South America with contemporary, elegant minimalism. In 2018, the brand was named as one of the ‘Rising Design Studios of the Americas’ by the New York Times T-Magazine and has since opened its first concept store in São Paulo.

U.I.WD, a creative studio based in São Paulo, was asked by Guilherme to design his brand’s visual identity and packaging in-line with its growth and design principles. They introduced a stripped-back modular grid system that communicates the relevant information in three lines, always set in Adrian Frutiger’s Univers. The information varies from functional product information to the ‘Designed in Brazil’ tagline and more playful ‘Coffee to go’ as seen on the shop’s a-board.
