Corebook°Ai is a game changer for brand guidelines; removing the tedious tasks from the process

Following its launch in 2020 and notable partnerships with the likes of Martini, Crocs and Tinder, online brand guidelines platform Corebook° has launched its premiere product, Corebook°Ai.

Utilising the latest and greatest technology to enhance the experience of managing and growing a brand, Corebook°Ai allows both designers and non-technical stakeholders to effortlessly create editable outputs with a simple prompt – be that to better understand the brand’s rules, to drastically reduce inconsistencies across a brand’s output or simply to combat creative block. Moreover, Corebook°Ai provides designers with the ability to create first drafts of brand guidelines instantly, speeding up the creative process whilst ensuring the end results are consistent.

“Branding teams will be able to spend less time on tedious tasks such as creating repetitive logo spacings, patterns, do’s and don’ts examples,” CEO & Co-founder Janis Verzemnieks tells us. “Instead, teams can focus their efforts on landing a bigger impact – designing practical rebranding systems,” he continues, whilst also giving non-designers, such as copywriters, strategists and managers, the space to easily create and edit visual outputs that are on brand. “AI integration will make online brand guidelines more accessible for non-technical stakeholders,” Verzemnieks details, “making brand systems more collaborative” and faster in the process.

“We are building a Figma plugin where users will be able to edit generated modules like logo clear space,” CTO & Co-founder Aigars Aboltins tells us, discussing how Corebook° is continuing to evolve its offering, whereby Figma files and online brand guidelines are synchronised. “This aligns with our mission and distinguishes us from the competition,” Aboltins continues, “instead of changing users’ habits, we integrate our product into users’ existing workflows,” he adds, “that’s why Figma integrations are a core milestone for Corebook°’s next UX evolution,” again instilling brand guidelines with an integral accessibility.

“While automation and generative design technology will save a lot of time,” Verzemnieks remarks, discussing the implications of AI, “I believe that brand design integrity still must be left to brand builders,” citing designers, thinkers and agencies as examples. “In our industry, it is the integrity of brand design that propels brand creators’ strategic approach,” he suggests, highlighting the importance of companies being open to technological advancements and assistance.

“The future is generative and AI will dramatically change creative production as we know it,” Verzemnieks states, “my speculation is that in 2025 the best branding agencies will be those that can prompt the best while others might be out of business.” Likewise, creative business practice is another critical factor that Corebook° is determined to support, turning away from the contemporary subscription-based pricing model of creative programmes to offer competitive, flexible, lifetime licenses instead.

Corebook°Ai is now open to early adopters as the programme enters its prototype phase and beta testing. Get in touch via [email protected] to learn more or book a demo online now.
