We accept payments from all major credit card providers such as MasterCard and VISA. All transactions are processed via Stripe.
Placing an order
When placing an order, you can either create an account or log in to your existing account. Using an account allows you to keep track of current and previous orders, as well as save your shipping and billing information for future use.
Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your order number and relevant details. If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us below. Please note that this email is only a confirmation that your order has been received, not that it has been accepted.
When we accept your order, you will receive another email confirming your order has been shipped. If you purchased tracked shipping for your order, instructions on how to track it will be included.
Shipping and delivery
We aim to ship physical products within 1-3 working days of receiving your order. Exceptions might be made for products that are available to pre-order. The expected shipping date will therefore be clearly stated in the product listing page. Digital products are available for download immediately after purchase, both at the final stage of our checkout process and via your order confirmation email.
All orders are shipped from our headquarters in the UK unless stated otherwise.
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail's 1st class services (Standard or Tracked), and should be delivered 1-2 working days after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Orders from outside of the UK weighing under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked service. Orders weighing over 2kg will be sent via a tracked courier service. Expected delivery times for orders outside of the UK cannot be guaranteed.
We are not responsible for attempted deliveries that result in your order being returned to us. If your order is tracked, use the supplied tracking details to follow its whereabouts. Please contact your local post office to reschedule a missed delivery, otherwise, your order will be returned to us and new shipping charges will be incurred. Once your order has been passed to the courier company, the risk of loss passes to you.
Please note that if you entered shipping address or contact details incorrectly and your order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for the extra costs that may occur.
Customs, fees and taxes
Orders from outside the UK may be subject to additional import tax imposed by your local post office or government. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for them. If your order is returned to us due to unpaid import tax, you are required to pay new shipping costs if you would like us to resend your order. Otherwise, we will issue you with a refund for the costs of the product(s) only.
Due to regulations introduced on July 1 2021, customers in the EU are required to pay VAT on top of the costs of the product(s). If you're ordering from the EU, the VAT will be added at checkout after you've entered your shipping destination. The percentage amount of VAT charged will be the relevant rate of the country from which the order is made.
Please be aware that all sales are final from the moment payment is processed. Exceptions can be made for damaged orders that we cannot fix or replace, as per the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If your order is damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately and provide clear images of the product(s) and packaging. We require them as evidence and to process a damage claim with the courier company responsible for the shipping.
If we still have the damaged product(s) in stock, we will send out a new shipment immediately. If your entire order was damaged and we no longer have the product(s) in stock, we will issue a full refund including the shipping costs. If your order was partially damaged or if we are only re-shipping part of it, you will only be refunded for the price of the damaged product(s).
