Fare — Istanbul by POST

Designed by London based studio POST, Fare is a new magazine exploring the culture of cities through food and history. Each issue focuses on a different city, with the first issue being dedicated to Istanbul.

The content of the first issue comes from the locals, therefore accurately representing the unique mix of cultures and influences which span from Eastern Europe to North Africa to the Middle East.

The magazine features commissioned illustrations of the cities famous stray cats. They are placed in unexpected places within the page layouts to cleverly interact with the design.
