Another key, but perhaps under-appreciated, player in the world of food brand identities is the menu: a piece of design that serves the purpose of informing and enticing diners while reinforcing the look and feel of the brand. Notable examples include the beautifully detailed illustrations created by The Bar Brand People for tequila bar El Primo Sanchez, as well as Davy Denduyver’s stylistic typographic identity for Onslow, featuring a copy-shop-inspired and informal look for the printed menu.
